研究领域:
主要从事天然产物糖化学及药理学研究,包括糖类活性成分化学、结构修饰、活性筛选及靶点机制研究。
以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同通讯)在Carbohydr Polym、Eur J Med Chem、Int J Biol Macromol、Thromb Haemost、Arterioscl Throm Vas等国际期刊发表学术论文三十余篇;作为主要发明人申请并获得中国、美国、日本等国内外授权专利三十余项。
作为核心骨干参加了新靶点抗凝药物LFG53/YB209(内源性凝血因子X酶抑制剂)研发,主要承担药物原料及制剂制备工艺、新药目标成分确认、质量研究、结构确证、杂质研究,并参与构-效关系研究及药代动力学研究、知识产权保护与新药注册等工作。LFG53/YB209已作为First-in-class类新药取得中国NMPA和美国FDA的临床批件,已完成临床I期试验。目前,重点开展基于寡糖结构片段的新药研发。
